US Supreme Court: Ten Commandments displays at courts illegal

June 27, 2005

The US Supreme Court has ruled that the displaying of the Ten Commandments on government grounds is unconstitutional, unless they are presented in a secular way.

I don’t know the case, but I think this is the wrong decision. US Law is based on the teachings of Judeo-Christian beliefs and the Ten Commandments are the basics of those religions. At least in the Texas case they ruled it was ok to display them so all hope is not lost. We cannot forget our past and rewrite history, America was founded by Christians based on the beliefs of there theology.
